Why we exist in this shape
The market is full of two extremes: cheap marketplace gigs that cannot carry production risk, and large agencies that bury you in process. We sit in the middle — senior enough to own hard AI and infrastructure problems, small enough that context does not die in handoffs.
We also build our own products (including MedVault). That is not a distraction pitch — it is how we stay honest about what “production” means when real users and real constraints are on the line.
Principles we will not negotiate away
Production is the only demo that counts
We optimise for systems that survive auth, billing, bad inputs, cost spikes, and on-call reality. Notebook accuracy without an ownership path is not a deliverable.
Scope before code
Every sprint starts with written acceptance criteria. If we cannot define done, we do not start. That protects your budget and our reputation.
Founders ship
The people on the sales call are in the repository. You are not paying for account managers who relay messages to anonymous juniors.
Honest commercial fit
If you need a 12-person team, a staff-aug factory, or a $200 marketplace gig, we will say so. We take work we can stand behind.
