Engagements designed for clarity — not billable fog.
We sell outcomes with written scope. You always know the price band, the timeline, who is building, and what “done” means before we touch the codebase.
Rescue Sprint
$2,500 – $5,000
2 weeks
For products that are stuck: broken AI demos, failed freelancer handoffs, App Store blockers, or an MVP that cannot survive real users.
You leave with
- — 48-hour technical diagnosis with a written risk map
- — One critical production outcome shipped (not a slide deck)
- — Deploy notes, ownership handoff, and next-sprint options
Best fit when
- — Broken or abandoned MVP
- — AI prototype that fails in production
- — Need a senior team for 2 weeks, not a hire
Feature Sprint
$4,000 – $8,000
3–4 weeks
Recommended starting point
The default engagement. One production AI or product capability — scoped before kickoff, built by the people who sold the work, handed over with evals and ops notes.
You leave with
- — Fixed scope, acceptance criteria, and timeline in writing
- — Production implementation in your stack (or greenfield module)
- — Basic evals, logging, failure modes, and deploy path
- — 50% deposit · UK company invoice
Best fit when
- — RAG over internal data
- — AI agent with tools
- — LLM feature inside an existing app
- — CV / imaging pipeline
Monthly Engineering Bench
$3,000 – $6,000 / month
Rolling · 14-day notice
Reserved senior capacity for teams that need continuous velocity without a full-time hire. Sprint planning, delivery, and async updates in your tools.
You leave with
- — Reserved weekly capacity from a senior engineer/founder
- — Backlog grooming + delivery cadence you can plan around
- — Same commercial entity and codebase continuity across months
Best fit when
- — Post-sprint continuity
- — Thin internal eng team
- — Roadmap that changes every month
From first call to handover
01
Fit call
20–30 minutes. We learn the product, constraints, and success metric. If we are the wrong team, we say so immediately.
02
Written scope
Deliverables, out-of-scope list, timeline, price, and assumptions. No work starts without mutual agreement and deposit.
03
Build in the open
Weekly demos (or more often on short rescues). You see progress in the actual environment — staging URLs, dashboards, eval reports.
04
Handover
Deployed outcome, operational notes, and options: stop cleanly, extend with another sprint, or move to a monthly bench.
Commercial terms (plain language)
Deposit
50% to start fixed sprints. Balance on delivery of agreed acceptance criteria.
Change control
New scope = new written estimate. We do not silently expand.
IP
Work product transfers to you on full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Entity
UK-registered company invoicing. Suitable for startups that need clean vendor paperwork.
Communication
Direct access to builders. Slack/email as agreed. Weekly demos minimum.
Not a fit
Open-ended staff aug with no outcome, $200 marketplace jobs, or speculative equity-only builds.

Bring the product context and constraints. We will respond with a proposed package or a clear decline.
